Welcome to FondPix (“FondPix,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). FondPix helps users create AI wedding photos from personal reference images, selected wedding styles, poses, outfits, scenes, prompts, and output settings. Because our service may process identifiable photos, privacy and image handling are core parts of the product.

This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, when we share it, and what choices you have. It is written for users of fondpix.com and related FondPix services.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account Information

When you create or use an account, we may collect your name, email address, authentication provider details, profile image, sign-in records, account settings, and hashed password if email-password login is enabled. We use this information to authenticate you, protect your account, show your projects and purchases, and provide account support.

1.2 Uploaded Reference Images

When you generate an AI wedding photo, you may upload one or more personal reference images. These images are used as authorized references to create the requested output. They may be temporarily transferred to our configured storage provider or AI generation provider so the generation task can run.

We do not sell your uploaded photos. We do not use uploaded reference images to train, fine-tune, or improve AI models.

1.3 Prompts, Selections, and Generation Data

FondPix processes your template and styling choices, reference assignments, notes, project status, internal provider task identifiers, and generated asset records to create two previews, show progress, troubleshoot failures, and deliver downloads. Configured safety checks may screen prompts before generation.

1.4 Result previews, pricing, and PayPal payment

FondPix creates two high-quality watermarked previews so you can see both portraits before deciding whether to keep them. If neither portrait feels right, you can leave the project unpaid. A one-time payment keeps these same two high-quality files without watermarks; it never creates replacement images.

PayPal processes checkout. FondPix does not store full card numbers or PayPal credentials. We may receive the PayPal order and capture IDs, payer email when supplied, currency, your selected amount, transaction status, and refund or dispute status.

1.5 Usage, Device, and Log Data

We may collect technical and usage data such as pages viewed, feature interactions, approximate region, browser, device type, operating system, referrer, timestamps, IP-derived security signals, error logs, and generation counts. We use this data to operate, secure, debug, and improve FondPix.

1.6 Cookies and Local Storage

We use necessary cookies and local storage for authentication, sessions, security, preferences, language, and theme settings. Analytics or advertising cookies are used only when enabled and where permitted by applicable law.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

Provide the AI wedding photo generator, including uploads, prompt compilation, image generation, downloads, and account history.
Authenticate users, prevent abuse, enforce rolling preview limits, and protect the service.
Process payments, grant access to purchased originals, issue receipts, handle refunds, and manage billing support.
Improve templates, workflows, reliability, and user experience.
Send transactional emails such as sign-in, billing, security, and service notices.
Respond to support, privacy, legal, and security requests.
Comply with applicable law and enforce our Terms of Service.

Where GDPR or similar laws apply, our legal bases may include performance of a contract, legitimate interests, consent, and compliance with legal obligations.

3. Photo Privacy Commitments

FondPix is designed around personal image protection:

Purpose limited processing: Reference images are used only to provide the generation you request.
No model training: We do not use your uploaded reference images to train, fine-tune, or improve AI models.
Controlled sharing: Reference images are shared only with infrastructure and AI providers needed to complete the generation request.
Secure transfer: Uploads and service traffic are protected with HTTPS/TLS.
Retention limits: Original uploads, generated results, task records, and provider-hosted files are retained only as needed to operate the service, provide downloads/history, prevent abuse, meet legal obligations, and support deletion requests. Third-party provider retention may follow that provider’s processing terms.

4. Third-Party Services

FondPix uses configured service providers only as needed to operate the product: Kie.ai for AI generation, Cloudflare-compatible hosting, database and object storage, PayPal for checkout, authentication and email providers, and analytics only when enabled. We share only the account, image, prompt, transaction, or technical data required for each provider to perform its service.

5. Data Retention

Retention depends on the data type and business need:

Account data is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period after closure where required for security, legal, accounting, or dispute purposes.
Order, payment, and tax records may be retained as required by financial and legal obligations.
Uploaded reference images and generated files are retained only as needed for generation, downloads, account history, support, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.
Security, usage, and error logs are retained for a limited period and may be aggregated or anonymized.

When deletion is requested, we delete or anonymize data unless retention is required by law, fraud prevention, chargeback handling, security, or legitimate business records.

6. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

California residents may request to know, delete, correct, and limit certain use of personal information. FondPix does not sell personal information.

To exercise privacy rights, email support@fondpix.com. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

7. Children’s Privacy

FondPix is intended for users aged 13 and older. Users under 18 should use the service only with parent or guardian permission. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate action.

8. International Data Transfers

FondPix serves users globally. Your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

9. Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards such as encrypted transport, access controls, authentication protections, password hashing where applicable, provider security controls, and operational monitoring. No internet service is completely secure, so please contact support@fondpix.com if you believe your account or data may be at risk.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as FondPix evolves. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the website, email, or another reasonable method. Continued use of FondPix after an update means the revised policy applies.
