Acceptable Use Policy

Acceptable use policy for FondPix, including AI image generation safety rules and prohibited content.

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to your use of FondPix and is incorporated into our Terms of Service. It explains the content and behavior that are not allowed on FondPix.

FondPix is designed for authorized wedding, couple, family, and commemorative portrait creation. You may use the Service only with photos and prompts that you have the right and consent to use.

1. Content You May Not Create or Submit

You may not upload, request, generate, store, share, or attempt to create content that:

  • Is NSFW, nude, pornographic, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, or intended for sexual gratification.
  • Sexualizes minors, depicts minors in unsafe contexts, or exploits any person.
  • Contains non-consensual intimate imagery, revenge pornography, voyeuristic content, or sexualized images of a real person without consent.
  • Uses FondPix for face-swap, deepfake, impersonation, or misleading identity manipulation.
  • Harasses, threatens, humiliates, defames, or targets a person or protected group.
  • Promotes hate, violence, self-harm, illegal activity, or regulated goods or services.
  • Infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other third-party rights.
  • Contains illegal, deceptive, fraudulent, or high-risk uses such as fake identity documents, biometric identification, political deception, or unlawful advertising.

2. AI Image Generation Safety

Every AI image generation request must follow these rules:

  • Use only photos you own or are authorized to use.
  • Obtain consent from every identifiable person in uploaded images.
  • Do not request NSFW, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, or exploitative outputs.
  • Do not request face swaps, deepfakes, impersonation, or misleading depictions of real people.
  • Do not bypass safety filters, rate limits, moderation systems, account limits, or credit controls.
  • Do not market or describe FondPix outputs as real documentary photographs when that would mislead others.

FondPix may screen prompts, block requests, remove content, suspend accounts, or deny access when a request creates legal, safety, payment, or platform risk.

3. Payment and Platform Abuse

You may not:

  • Use stolen payment methods, fraudulent chargebacks, duplicate accounts, or referral abuse.
  • Resell access to FondPix without written permission.
  • Use automation, scraping, credential sharing, or bulk generation that harms service reliability.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, overload, probe, or bypass FondPix or its providers.

4. Enforcement

Violations may result in blocked generations, removed files, lost access to free credits, account suspension or termination, refund denial where allowed by law, and reports to payment providers or authorities where required.
